News Flash, 1984 Avanti II VIN# 12AAV1239E1003917 owned by Matt McIntire, defaulted

on payment of $9058.65 for the work done on his car.  He accepted the insurance check from American Family Insurance

company where he works and failed to pay for the work done on the car.  He wrote a check for the amount and

stopped payment on it after picking up the car.  We were able to speak with the previous owner of the car in Omaha, NE

and he told us a lot of information.  It was an eye opening conversation.  Jon Myer is submitting claim to

Muskingum County Court for the amount of the parts that were used on the car that Mr. McIntire has failed to pay for.

We are sorry for the inconvenience but we will no longer work with any Avanti or Studebaker owners insured with

American Family Insurance by supplying parts for damaged cars.  Fraud is Fraud and we do not deal with companies

that behave or do business like this.
